The 'street fair' of San Francisco is pure cultural celebration. It seems each year diverse groups continue to grow and evolve, becoming stronger anchors in the community as a whole. I don't get the feeling of any one group having the voice for the majority. Of course there's still the notion that old, white, men are still poorly running the game, but none of them are stronger than all of us combined...and by us, I mean the boroughs of hispanics, italians, asians, the LGBT's, the little hipsters, the hippies, the burners, the techies, the disconnects, the artists and musicians. Here, gathering in the street is a necessary urban revelry lived out load. Tribes of people gathering
